Served For: 5 People
Ingredients:
12 shrimp
300 grams of fish snapper
300 grams of squid
150 grams of eggplant
150 grams of carrots
200 grams of sweet potato
200 grams green peppers
The dough for deep frying:
300 grams of wheat flour
250 cc of cold water
2 eggs
sauce:
350 cc dashi
Kikkoman soy sauce 100 cc
100 cc mirin
1 1 / 2 teaspoon sugar
1 / 2 teaspoon salt
3 cm ginger, finely grated
5 cm horseradish, finely grated
How to Treat:
Shrimp: peeled, let the tail, Cut off the stomach, set aside.
Snapper: cut the size of 1 cm x 1 cm x 7 cm, spread with a little salt and some pepper powder.
Squid: cut transverse size 1 / 2 cm, spread with a little lime juice.
Eggplant: split into 3, then thinly slice each section but do not drop out, like a fan shape.
Carrots: thinly sliced .
Sweet potatoes: slice thinly.
Green peppers: divide each finished eighth.
Batter for frying: cold water mixed with egg, lightly beaten, then put a little flour, stir well.
